At Hayley Louise, I’m all about letting you create your perfect experience! My starting package kicks off with 4 hours of coverage—just enough to capture all the love and laughter of your big day. Want to keep the good times rolling? No worries! You can easily add on extra hours to make sure we catch every magical moment, from getting ready to the last dance! Let’s make some amazing memories together!

    - 4 hours of continuous camcorder coverage: Capturing all the candid moments, behind-the-scenes fun, and emotional highlights of your day.

    - Raw footage provided: Unedited and straight from the camcorder, so you can relive every unscripted moment.

    Add-ons:

    - Extra hour of camcorder coverage: $500 per hour.

    - Highlights Reel: A 5-7 minute nostalgic montage of the best moments from the day ($500).

    This package gives you the flexibility to extend the fun with extra hours and ensures your wedding is captured in a fun, authentic way!

How much time do I need to book?

  • Think about the must-have moments— do you want images of you getting ready, the first look, or just the party vibes?

  • - Getting ready: 2 hours

    - Ceremony: 30 minutes

    - Family portraits: 30 minutes

    - Wedding party portraits: 40 minutes

    - Wedding portraits: 1 hour

    - Reception: 3-4 hours

  • Factor in any time you’ll spend moving between locations or grabbing a bite.

  • Add extra hours if you want me there for every little thing, from morning prep to late-night dance-offs.

  • - 4 HOURS: PERFECT FOR SMALLER WEDDINGS OR ELOPEMENTS.

    - 6-7 HOURS: COVERS MOST WEDDINGS.

    - 8+ HOURS: THE FULL SHEBANG, FROM START TO FINISH!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. However, if your cancellation is due to a change in date and I am available, you can transfer your booking to a new date at no additional charge. Please notify me as soon as possible to discuss your options and ensure we can accommodate your new plans.

  • If, for any reason, I'm unable to photograph your wedding, I will make every effort to find a highly qualified replacement photographer to cover your special day. I will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and ensure that your needs and preferences are met. If I am unable to secure a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the booking fee. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are my top priorities.

  • Absolutely! I’d be happy to provide references from previous clients. Just let me know if you’d like contact details or written testimonials, and I’ll get those over to you. I have loads of reviews on both facebook and google too.

  • Yes, I’m happy to travel for your wedding! Whether it’s a destination wedding or just a bit further afield, just let me know the location and we can make the arrangements.

  • You’ll receive a few sneak peek photos within 48 hours, so you can start sharing your favorites right away. The full gallery of all your edited images will be ready within 3 weeks.

  • Yes, you can definitely add extra hours if you need more coverage on your wedding day. Just let me know how much additional time you’d like, and we’ll adjust the package to fit your needs.
